Pilates is a physical activity that aims to strengthen the body, to shape it, to correct the posture and to improve the fluidity and accuracy of the movements. It’s not only about muscle tonification but it acts on posture, post-traumatic re-education, balance and awareness of the body. The exercises are based on accurate principles of respiration, control, balance and straightening aiming for the renforcement, the flexibility and the elasticity. The goal? Functionality and correct usage of the body in everyday’s life.

Our challenge is trying to offer to everybody a specific program for any need while keep studying new and functional techniques and exercises.

How does the service work at home, hotel / B&B?

After you book the pilates lesson, one of our operators will come to your home or to the facility of your choice. They will perform the service following all the prevention measures of Anti Covid-19 Security Policy.

Buying a lesson: we’ll adapt at your level. We offer lessons for beginners, for intermediate and for sportspeople who want to find an help and a support in this discipline to improve their performances.

The price of one pilates lesson in presence for one participant:

60 minutes – 40 €
