In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment, no cost will be charged.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, but more than 4 hours before the appointment, 50% of the service rate will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, full price of the service will be charged.
If you don’t show up, you will be charged the full amount of the arranged service.
Before any treatment, Spa Chez Vous asks all the customers to disclose their health status: we would like to be informed in case of high blood pressure, heart disease, metabolic disorders, allergies, pregnancies, recent surgeries, infections, cancer, epilepsy , heart attacks or other health conditions. We assume that our customers are aware of their health conditions and of the most suitable treatments for them.
